Health insurance for non-residents

Our advantages

  • After you receive your residence permit you can change the package. By doing so you ensure the availability of quick and convenient medical care;
  • We compensate costs that state health insurance does not. For example, regular health checks, rehabilitation prescribed by a doctor, and dental care service.

Upon conclusion of the contract with ERGO you can decide yourself which expenses shall be covered by your insurance contract:

Plan Mini

  • For illnesses, we apply a waiting period of 30 days as of entry into force of the contract. For accidents, no waiting period is applied.
  • For pregnancy, we cover the costs of the first visit, where you will be issued a medical certificate, which is necessary to get state health insurance cover.
  • In the case of a flare-up of a chronic illness or an illness detected before conclusion of the contract, we cover only the costs of emergency hospital treatment.

Plan Midi

  • For illnesses, we apply a waiting period of 30 days as of entry into force of the contract; for childbirth, 9 months. For accidents, no waiting period is applied.
  • In the case of a flare-up of a chronic illness or an illness detected before conclusion of the contract, we cover only the costs of emergency hospital treatment.
  • We compensate for costs of adult vaccination against tick-borne encephalitis and influenza. For children, we compensate the costs of vaccination stipulated with the national vaccination schedule.

Plan Maksi

  • For illnesses, we apply a waiting period of 30 days as of entry into force of the contract; for childbirth, 9 months. For accidents, no waiting period is applied.
  • In the case of a flare-up of a chronic illness or an illness detected before conclusion of the contract, we cover only the costs of emergency hospital treatment.
  • We compensate the costs of dental care (visit, prevention of diseases, diagnostics and treatment; for treating mouth infections, the physiotherapy procedures). Beauty care procedures shall not be compensated.
